Face Paint is a digital face paint prototyping platform that lets users design, experiment, and preview face paint virtually before touching their skin. By combining facial alignment guides and live AR preview, users can confidently explore creative ideas without the trial-and-error of physical application.
Problem:
I've always loved face painting, but as someone with skin allergies, I've rarely been able to enjoy it. Through conversations with face painting & cosplay communities, I found many others also avoid it due to skin concerns or uncertainty about how a design will look before applying it. Traditional face painting often involves trial and error, which can lead to wasted materials, discomfort, and frustration.
Solution:
Face Paint is a digital face paint prototyping platform that allows users to create and preview face paint designs before applying anything to their skin.
Impact:
This tool makes face art more accessible for people with sensitive skin, reduces material waste, and helps artists & creators make decisions faster. It enables anyone to explore face painting safely, confidently, and creatively in a digital-first way.
