Most websites don’t fail because of bad design.

When I build websites, I don’t start only from colors and layout.
I think about the full user journey:
What does the visitor see first?
Is the offer clear?
Is the page easy to scan?
Does it build trust?
Is there a clear next step?
A good website should feel simple for the user, even if there is a lot of work behind it.
That’s why I focus on clean design, strong structure, fast performance, responsive layouts, and smart AI integrations when they make sense.

Who’s the audience?
What’s the goal?
What actually moves the needle?
Skip that part…
And you’re not designing.
You’re gambling.
