Before I designed a single screen. 😅 I never start a project without a design system in place - so naturally, the first thing I did was import the full shadcn/ui system straight from the official GitHub repo. Needed some tweaks, but at least I didn't build it from scratch. Still somehow burned through half my limit doing it. 🙃 Can't imagine using it on an actual project with this kind of consumption, but interesting nonetheless.

Built Ramen News Network, a steaming hot bowl of anime and manga news site.

Started it as a school side project a while back, used this challenge to take it end to end: design system, component library with a playground, live site, and custom layouts explored as variations on Paper.

The part I didn't expect to feel this natural: live site feedback through Agentation lands on the Paper canvas next to the variant it points to, alongside AI critique annotations. H00man 😉 and AI side by side. Paper isn't just where design happens, it's where the decision gets made and the winner becomes the source of truth.
