Very unconventional, but I did two table reads of an early draft of a pilot for a new web series of mine: Rewired. I didn't necessarily open the floor for critique, but I wanted the script to live outside of my head before I dove too deep. The take away: those table reads changed the trajectory of the series, for the better.
