The Nation hero went from my Figma frame to a live site in about 4.5 hours. Timothy asked in the comments how, so here is the process
The usual way a site gets built is a designer hands mockups to a developer, the developer rebuilds them, and the founder pays for every detail that gets lost in between. On Nation I was both sides of that handoff, with Claude writing the code
I designed the hero in Figma and kept one frame called "Ready for Dev". Every size, color and spacing in the code came from it. One CSS unit equals 1px of that 1920 frame, so the live site scales exactly like the layout
Claude made 17 commits in 2 hours s and deployed each one to Vercel. My job was to look at every version and send fixes as screenshots with red marks or short screen recordings
What a founder gets from this. You click a working link on day one. A fix you ask for at lunch is on that link the same afternoon. And the person who had the idea is the one approving every pixel, so it survives all the way to launch
