Looking back at Icheta, it was one of those projects that changed how I think about user experience. E-commerce is often lonely and overwhelming. You’re scrolling through endless products with no one to bounce ideas off of.
We created a social layer in the entire shopping journey. Users could share products, get feedback in real-time, and see what their network was discovering. It transformed shopping from a solitary task into a shared experience, almost like window shopping with friends, but digital.
People spent more time exploring and kept coming back. It taught me that the best products don’t just solve problems; they create experiences people actually want to return to.
