Design and Build a site for Beauty saloon 🚀 The Problem Stylish Beauty Salon by Azra had no website only a Google Business Profile. While customers could find the salon on Google, they had limited information about its services, pricing, and how to book appointments. This often meant potential customers had to call, send WhatsApp messages, or leave the platform to ask basic questions.
The Solution
I designed and developed a modern, mobile-first business website that acts as the salon's digital storefront. A modern homepage introducing the salon.
A complete list of services with pricing.
A gallery showcasing the salon's work.

AI Assistant
One of the key features is an AI-powered salon assistant.
Instead of searching through the website or contacting the salon for every question, customers can simply chat with the AI assistant.
The assistant can answer frequently asked questions such as:

Available treatments

Booking process
General salon information
The AI also guides customers through the booking process, making the experience much faster and more convenient.
Smart Appointment Booking
Customers can book appointments from multiple locations throughout the website, including:
The main "Book Appointment" CTA on the homepage.
Individual service pages.
Through the AI Assistant conversation.
The booking flow collects:

Contact details
Selected service
Preferred date
Preferred time
Additional notes
This creates a consistent and user-friendly booking experience.
Business Automation
The biggest value isn't just the booking form—it's the automation behind it.
Once a customer submits a booking request:
The appointment information is automatically captured.
A professionally formatted email containing all booking details is instantly sent to the salon owner's registered email address.
The customer receives an immediate confirmation that their request has been received.
Every booking is stored and organized inside the admin dashboard for easy management.
This removes the need for manually collecting appointment details through phone calls or WhatsApp chats, saving time and reducing the chance of missed bookings.
Appointment Dashboard
To help the salon manage incoming requests, I built an appointment dashboard where the owner can view all appointment submissions in one place.
The dashboard provides:
Customer information
Selected service
Preferred appointment date and time
Booking status
Contact details
This gives the business a centralized way to manage customer requests instead of searching through emails or chat messages.
WhatsApp Integration
Since WhatsApp is one of the primary communication channels for local businesses, I also integrated a prominent WhatsApp button throughout the website.
Customers can instantly start a conversation with the salon without needing to manually save the phone number, making communication faster and improving conversion.
