Hi, I’m Sam. I originally joined Contra back in February 2023, but I didn’t have the chance to update my profile or explore opportunities while working full-time as a Support Specialist at Webflow. After 4.5 years, my role was made redundant in June. I took the past few months to reset and invest in myself. Five months later, after a big chunk of time spent upskilling and taking up new hobbies, I’m back and excited to look for new opportunities.

I bring over 8 years of SaaS support experience, most recently at Webflow and previously at Kit for 2 years. I’m highly technical and, in addition to support roles, I’m also open to projects involving Kit, Kajabi, and WordPress.
