There's probably someone you love who you haven't spoken to in months. Not that anything bad happened, but because it's been so long now that reaching out would feel weird. So you don't. And the gap keeps growing.
I think most of us have at least one of those people, or many amazing people we met but never reached out. Best friends at school, great colleagues, mentors and even family members.
Research suggest that we can only really maintain around 150 relationships in our lives. And within that, our actual inner circle is 5 to 7 people. Every single one of them needs some sort of contact for the relationship to stay intact. Most of us have no idea when we're losing them.
So I built ๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ซ to solve this. Backed by research, it's a relationship companion app that tracks the warmth of your closest relationships and nudges you to rekindle them before they go cold.
The reason it's named Ember is that an ember is a piece of fire that's barely alive and it literally just needs one small breath to come to life. Our relationships are the same way which needs rekindling like an ember.
It's not a reminder app nor a CRM but something that tells you when to send that one text, or that meme that's funny between you to or anything that's contextual to the person. And the app gives you a reason to actually send it.

I built something for my mom.
We talk every day. But we've never made anything together. Not once.
So I built KINSHIP โ a place where two people across any generation gap build a private visual language that only they share.
No typing. No reacting. Just drawing.
You arrive. Type your name. That's the door. A prompt surfaces โ "the kitchen table" โ and you both draw blind. Neither sees the other's version until both submit.
Then the screen goes dark. Both drawings develop slowly, like photographs in a darkroom. Hers. Mine. Same word. Different worlds.
Over time the archive grows. Every word you've ever drawn together. Your private dialect. Nobody else has this. Nobody else ever could.
We have six words now. And I know her better than years of conversation ever showed me. MAMA LOVED IT.

It started with a moment at work. I was whiteboarding with one of our engineers, and the conversation felt faster, clearer, and more productive. That made me realize I wanted the same kind of experience with my coding agents, without sending screenshots, typing long explanations, and still not quite getting what I meant.
So me and @Carlneil Domkam built ScribblePrompt in Figma Make: a tool that lets you whiteboard with an agent, so ideas start as sketches, not walls of text.
