Furnace Replacement & HVAC Upgrade
Completed a full furnace replacement, transforming an outdated and deteriorated heating system into a clean, professionally installed modern furnace setup.
The project included removal of the existing furnace, installation of the new heating equipment, updated ductwork connections, sealed transitions, electrical/control connections, and proper system integration. The finished installation provides a cleaner equipment layout, improved reliability, and a more professional overall setup.
Before & After: Complete replacement and upgrade from the original aging furnace to the newly installed system.

The client wanted tenants to renew their lease or give notice directly from the app. I wanted to make that process feel just as clear as the rest of Abode.
So I placed Renew lease and Give notice side by side under My lease.
Renewing sends the request to the landlord, while a simple tracker shows what happens next: request sent, landlord reviews, sign, renewed. 🔄
Nothing changes until both sides sign.
A simple requirement, turned into a clear, predictable experience. ✨
