In a world obsessed with noise, I believe in doing the work well — clean data, clear insights, and words that are written with intention, not urgency.
I don't chase trends. I build things that last — spreadsheets that make sense a year from now, content that still reads well after the algorithm forgets it.
If you value precision over speed, and substance over sound bites, we might just work well together.
More sales don’t always mean more money in your pocket. In this episode I break down a business that grew revenue 40% while profit fell 30%, using a simple example.
What’s inside:
→ Why discounts quietly shrink your margin
→ How costs can grow faster than sales
→ The danger of spending ahead of growth
→ Small leaks (fees, refunds, unpaid invoices) that add up
→ 3 fixes: track margin, test price before discounting, know your profit per sale
Growth is not profit. Know your numbers.
Follow Me: for more money lessons. Episode 6 is coming soon!
Great reminder! 👏 Revenue means little if profit margins aren’t healthy. Tracking the numbers and making smart pricing decisions is key to sustainable growth. 💯
0 to 17,947 Google impressions in about three months.
That is the new Llandeilo Town Council website, which I built in Framer.
Honest caveat: last year's 0 is because the domain only started pointing at the new site on 8 May 2026. Search Console, 10 Jul to 8 Oct, against the same dates in 2025.
This year: 17,947 impressions, 255 clicks.
"llandeilo town council" averages position 4.1. That one search gave 73 clicks, a 74% click-through rate.
Also: the hero video went from 39 MB to 5.1 MB, same footage. The clerk adds news and minutes in the CMS without touching the design. It is bilingual and accessible.
The page for "llandeilo" has 10,324 impressions but sits at position 11. What would you fix first?
