I’ve always used Notion to stay "organized" with my brand deals, but let’s be real, I was losing so much time manually reading emails, copying details, and jumping between tabs.
As a content creator, I get flooded with emails daily. Some days? I just completely forget to check them. That’s why I built Brandy for the Notion x Contra challenge.
I made this to save my own sanity, but I know it’s going to help so many other creators, influencers, and UGC content creators who are tired of the same tedious admin work.
A few things I’m obsessed with:
💰 She can negotiate: Brandy checks proposals against my rates and drafts the counteroffer for me.
📦 She handles the logistics: She can automatically send my shipping details the second I accept a deal.
🙌🏽 She clears the air: Brandy breaks down the fine print—like usage rights and deadlines—so I know exactly what I’m agreeing to without reading a 5-page email.
I actually found a paid deal I’d missed for two weeks just by testing her out!

Most content ideas are fake. Not because creators are lazy — because they start from the wrong question. "What should I post?" instead of "What did I actually go through this week?" 💭
So I built an agent that solves exactly that. It's called Real Story Content Ideas — every morning at 9 AM it digs through your Notion workspace and finds the stories already sitting there: in your journal, your completed tasks, your notes. But also your emails, your Slack messages, and anything else you decide to connect. Things you lived, not things you invented.
Three ideas. Each one tied to a real source you can go back and verify. And if you already covered a similar angle before, it knows — and skips it.
You can also just ask it directly, whenever. "Give me ideas about last week's client project." Done.
Honestly the best content you have is probably already written. You just haven't looked at it that way yet. 💯
