The Love For Denim is a six track fashion music score EP by Chicago-based artist and producer Justine Ogbevire, inspired by Annmarie Brown’s fashion brand Rafasi and its “What is Luv” collection.
Blending hip-hop, jazz, and experimental sound, the project explores the relationship between love, personal expression, and creative craft. It translates the collection’s inspiration into a musical experience, using rhythm, texture, and atmosphere to connect fashion with emotional storytelling.
The EP reflects Ogbevire’s approach to collaboration across artistic disciplines—creating music that enters into conversation with another artist’s vision while developing a distinct sonic identity.
