I recently redid my portfolio and realized that my case studies were lacking. Calling them case studies was probably a stretch to be honest.

After doing some research and taking some inspiration from some of the best case studies I could find I made sure to include the following sections on each of mine:

The Challenge — what was the problem being solved?

The Process — what steps or process did I use to solve the problem?

The Result — what were the deliverables?

The Impact — what was the business result?

A Testimonial — *when available

With these items I’m now able to give a little more context to the deliverables being shown and future clients can actually get the full story and instead of just an ending. I've also made these changes to my Contra profile.
