Excited to share my latest project: a powerful PubMed Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) System! This full-stack application streamlines scientific literature analysis by enabling users to ingest articles from PubMed, ask natural language questions, and receive AI-generated answers grounded in the retrieved content. A key feature is its dynamic co-authorship network visualization, which intelligently maps relationships only among authors relevant to the RAG query's context. This project demonstrates practical application of NLP, vector databases, LLMs, and modern web development to extract actionable insights from complex scientific data.
