A patent broker needed a steady flow of patent owners to contact, without anyone searching databases by hand. I built an n8n agent that runs every weekday at 7am: it pulls new patents from the USPTO API, keeps only the unassigned ones, skips anyone already contacted, then finds both the inventor and their patent attorney through Apollo.
