I built a TikTok machine before I ever opened TikTok
Confession: I've never posted a TikTok, and I've barely watched one (I'm a Youtube Shorts addict though đ).
So naturally, I built a machine that makes them.
It's for thegoatdebate.io, my Messi vs Ronaldo GOAT debate site. The star is Papa Goat, a grumpy, deeply unimpressed goat who has heard your GOAT take before and didn't like it then either. đ
How it works: you give it some football footage. It picks a take from a bank of about 150 sourced facts, and a local AI model writes Papa Goat's script. ElevenLabs gives him a voice, and a talking goat lands on top of the video. Out comes a vertical video that a human (me) watches before anything gets posted.
This week it made its first real videos.

Designed the website for Dovora â an agency that builds businesses for creators, not brand deals. "We don't represent brands, we don't split focus" is basically the whole pitch, and I wanted the site to feel just as uncompromising.
So no polished stock creator-economy visuals. The hero is a wall of real streamer/podcast footage arranged in overlapping diamonds and rounded frames â actual creators, mid-stream, mid-laugh â with a glowing gradient orb behind bold "WE BUILD CREATOR BUSINESSES" type. It reads more like a highlight reel than a landing page, which felt right for an audience that lives on camera.
The second section flips the energy completely â dark, minimal, almost aggressive typography ("BUILT EXCLUSIVELY FOR CREATORS. FULL STOP.") paired with huge chrome-and-neon 3D letterforms spelling out CREATORS. It's loud in a completely different way than the hero, and that contrast is intentional â this isn't a buttoned-up agency deck, it's built for people who make content for a living.
Genuinely fun brief to lean all the way into.

The pacing supports the motivational tone well.
