AI Booking Agent: 24/7 Automated Scheduling
🎯 Built an autonomous, 24/7 lead-to-booking pipeline that captures, qualifies, and routes inbound traffic in real-time, removing 100% of manual scheduling overhead.
🛑 The Challenge
Service businesses (agencies, consultants, and clinics) lose massive revenue due to slow response times and unfiltered discovery pipelines. Manually chatting with unqualified prospects wastes hours of internal team time, while high-value "hot leads" grow cold waiting for a manual booking link to be sent.
⚙️ The Solution
I engineered an automated event-driven qualification middleware using n8n
to bridge customer conversation directly with live calendar schedules.
When a visitor interacts with the front-facing Typebot chatbot, their answers are fed into a real-time lead-scoring engine. The n8n workflow evaluates the payload instantly to filter the lead:
Hot Leads: Dynamically routed to a personalized, pre-filled Calendly link for instant booking.
Cold Leads: Automatically segmented and logged in a database for secondary nurture cycles.
Key Technical Infrastructure Built:
Typebot Webhook Listener: Captures real-time chat details and structured conversation inputs instantaneously.
Conditional Router Logic: Built rule-based n8n branch structures to score data payloads automatically into high and low-priority tiers.
Pre-Filled API Parameters: Configured the data transfer to pass user data from Typebot straight into Calendly, saving the user from re-entering their email or name.
Central Database Sync & SMTP Gateway: Designed nodes to dynamically update Google Sheets logs and trigger custom, instant confirmation emails via Gmail with zero latency.

Experimented a bit today with Krea and image generation for a case study I’m putting together around AI EarPods connected to OpenAI.
The focus has been on creating fashion-forward product imagery and art directing a world that feels specific to the identity, rather than just generating nice-looking AI images.
The trickiest part has been product consistency. Especially getting the EarPods to actually sit snug in the ear. If you’ve worked through this process, you probably know the struggle 😅
Simply telling AI to “make it fit more snug or in the ear” doesn’t always work. It loves to reinterpret the product every time.
Still experimenting, but getting closer. If anyone has found a good workflow for keeping products consistent across AI-generated shoots, I’d love to hear it!
