Iβm new here, and Iβm excited to connect with people in the short-term rental industry.
Iβm a Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant specializing in Airbnb and Vrbo listing optimization.
I help property owners and hosts improve their listings, present their properties more effectively, and create a better experience for potential guests.
Hereβs what I can help with:
β’ Airbnb & Vrbo listing optimization
β’ Property listing management
β’ Guest communication and inquiry management
β’ Virtual assistance for hosts and property managers
I believe a great guest experience starts long before a guest checks in. It begins with how a property is presented, how inquiries are handled, and how smoothly everything runs behind the scenes.
I'm here to connect with Airbnb hosts, property managers, co-hosts, and STR business owners who value great service and efficient operations.
If you're in the short-term rental space, I'd love to connect, learn about what you're building, and explore opportunities to collaborate.
Let's connect! If you're a host or property manager, what is one part of managing your rentals that takes up most of your time?
A SaaS brand, brought to life through slides. From the visual identity to product mockups, every slide is designed to tell a consistent story and make the whole presentation feel like one cohesive experience.
Built for my friend Stanislav Pogorskii, a full-stack developer, it connects his background in games journalism, his work as a Laravel developer, and his next steps in game development.
Switch on the radio. Open a console. Explore the workspace, browse real projects and published articles, or step onto the balcony. Each interaction reveals something about the person behind the work.
As usual, the process involved a few different tools, hehe. I developed and iterated on the project locally using my own CLI setup, pushed it to GitHub, then brought it into Base44, where I connected a CRM system.
The experience also leads to a practical next step: a short project quiz that turns a visitorβs answers into an editable email draft.
Personal details spark curiosity. Real work builds confidence. A useful interaction can help you see who you are and where you could go next.
