PDF Layout Redesign — Before & After Document Formatting
Redesigned an existing document to improve readability, structure, and overall visual balance.
The original file had inconsistent spacing and weak typography hierarchy, so the layout was rebuilt using a clean and minimal style in Canva.
The goal was to create a professional document suitable for digital download, guides, and workbooks.
This type of redesign is common for lead magnets, ebooks, workbooks, and business PDFs.

This project was a full transformation for the Pan-American Equestrian Federation, spanning both branding and landing page design. Their previous identity and website felt dated and lacked the clarity and presence the organization truly holds.

Last week a client asked me to redesign a section of their website. Again.
The same one we'd already designed, got approved, built, and shipped. They had new ideas, which is fine sincenew ideas are part of the process. But the design phase was over and we were in final QA.
So I wrote the most boring, important email of the week: "This was already approved in design. Going back into additional design will need to be a separate scope."
Scope doesn't usually blow up in one big moment. It leaks. A "quick tweak" here, a "small change" there, and suddenly you're redesigning something that was done three weeks ago.
The unsexy version of protecting your work isn't firing a client. It's sending a calm, clear email on a Friday morning that says: this is where this phase ends.

Couldn't agree more! There is always a bit of flexibility, however setting clear boundaries is key to prevent this leaks into turning to a flood haha
