Before redesigning anything, these are the 4 things I check first on a small business website:
1) Can I tell what you do in 5 seconds, on my phone?
2) Is the phone number or booking button visible without scrolling?
3) How fast does it load on mobile data, not office wifi?
4) Does the contact form actually arrive in your inbox? Test it, it fails more often than you'd think.
Fixing these 4 usually brings more enquiries than a full redesign.
Which one would your site fail right now?

The contact form one is so real. Nobody tests it after launch, so I build mine to save the enquiry first and send an alert if the email doesn't go through. Kinda boring, but it's the one that actually costs people customers.
