How much time do you spend saying “I’ll get back to you with details” instead of actually designing? 😣
I don’t think AI should generate more designs. My dream AI flow would be that at the moment I book a project, all the admin to builds itself 😏
1️⃣ A task board with timelines and phases already mapped
2️⃣ A contract generated from the project scope
3️⃣ A budget aligned with my pricing, ready to send
No back and forth. No losing 2 to 3 hours doing things I have already done a hundred times.
Because the real bottleneck is not the creative phase. It is everything around it and I believe that if that disappears, the work gets better by default.
Tell me, how much time do you spend on admin stuff and what would you automate first if you could?
There’s a strong sense of consistency and discipline in this—it doesn’t feel rushed or random at all. Work like this usually comes from a refined process. What habits or systems have helped you maintain this level of quality consistently?
Haha I think my post might’ve been a bit misleading 😅 I’m actually trying to avoid building discipline around admin, not refine it.
The goal is to automate all that repetitive stuff so I can spend more time on the creative side where quality really matters.
This is my dream too! If I could focus less on admin stuff & more on the actual project, I'd be a happy camper!

It's just a matter of Correctly Mapping the phases of your business workflows, Step by step, Figuring out exactly which steps are to be done by you fully / by you AI Assisted / Fully Automated whether with AI or not.
