When I dug in, I found the core problem: 1,250 orphan pages with zero internal links pointing to them, 99+ service pages competing with each other, and a backlink profile too thin for the niche.
Here's what I did: • Mapped every orphan page and rebuilt internal links from relevant hub pages • Restructured and optimized 99+ service pages around clear search intent • Built niche-relevant authority backlinks
Organic traffic grew from 104K to 116K monthly visitors (+11.53%) in 6 months, with previously invisible pages finally ranking.

3 AM Realisation.
I finally understood why so many businesses are disappearing from Google AI.
