I chose Spotify for my deep love of music, but specifically for how the AI DJ feature has changed the way I experience the world. I put it on during my long working sessions, headphones on, and time stands still. I enter the flow state.
I wanted to capture that exact feeling, that is, the moment the music starts and the friction of reality disappears.
My narrative concept, "The Reality Filter," visualizes the Spotify AI DJ as a vital tool for blocking the chaos of the world and bringing personalized serenity. The story follows a protagonist moving through a crushing, sensory overload environments (anxiety and noise). When they activate the AI DJ, we don't just hear the change, we see it.
