Check out this spec ad I made for Vans 👟 I’ve been a HUGE fan of Vans for most of my life; I was even known as “The Vans Girl” in highschool because of how many different pairs I wore! When I saw they finally brought back their Authentic Lowpro’s after years of discontinuing them, I knew I wanted to film a spec ad 🛹 Vans would be a dream client for sure, so this was a fun one to work on! For this project I created the concept & storyboard as well as did the filming and editing; making sure the creative decisions aligned with Vans’ branding. I used a concrete textured surface and black backdrop to add a street feel while still allowing the black/white checkerboard Vans to pop 🎥
