A few weeks ago, a client reached out, they were building a fintech product and needed help designing their kyc flow.
the challenge? make verification feel trustworthy and effortless — not like another tedious form.
so, i focused on simplifying each step: → clear progress indicators → contextual guidance for every action → friendly microcopy to ease the friction
fast forward to today, we just wrapped design and i couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. 🎉
