I’m building Travel Designer Vancouver, an independent travel advisory business, and looking for freelance support in two areas:

Social Media: Help with Instagram content planning, Reels, carousels, captions, scheduling, and keeping the brand consistent.

Client Experience: Help creating a simple, polished client portal/app where travellers can access proposals, itineraries, documents, recommendations, and trip updates.

Built an Instagram auto-publisher that posts a Reel every day at 7 PM with zero manual work.

How it works: → Drop a video into a Google Drive folder → Gemini AI writes the caption: hook, 5 hashtags and a call to action → The Reel joins a Google Sheets queue with its exact go-live date → At 7 PM the Instagram Graph API publishes it automatically

Built to run unattended: chunked uploads for videos up to 300 MB, it waits for Instagram's processing, retries on errors, refreshes its access token weekly, and emails me if anything fails or the queue runs low.

Result: consistent daily posting, and the only job left is recording videos.
