"We need to grow our company page first."
Honestly, I don't get it.
Here's the thinking: "Company page = credibility."
But here's what actually happens: Company pages? Just megaphones. Founder profiles? That's where trust gets built. And trust always comes first. Every time.
People don't buy from logos. They buy from humans.
If someone's thinking about working with you, they're not scrolling your company feed. (read that again please)
They do their homework:
Your profile
Your opinions
Your consistency
That's the real due diligence. Build trust on your profile first.
Then let the company page amplify it.
Trust → Demand Trust leads to demand. Demand leads to leverage.r way around.
