Skip Nest: Property Data & AI Outreach Platform
The problem:
A client came to me needing one platform to search large volumes of property data, find owner contact details, and reach out at scale without juggling separate tools.
What I built
Skip Nest, a full stack platform I built solo from start to finish:
• A live map with property data and updates
• Skip tracing and bulk data search
• Inbound and outbound AI bots that handle outreach conversations
• A simple sign up flow with clear plans
The result:
The platform is live today at skipnest.com, and anyone can sign up and use it for their own property data and outreach needs
