Being a VA looks simple from the outside, but people who are in it knows this:

When you're juggling too many things at once, one minute you're scheduling meetings across different time zones, the next you're writing a caption, then formatting a report all before hitting the deadline. Switching between tasks takes a toll on us but you have to stay sharp across all of them. Tight deadlines on a roll. So far I've learnt to prioritize quickly, staying calm under pressure, and still deliver quality work, that's a skill that takes time to build.

From project management apps to design platforms to communication tools, you're just all-in-one. The tech stack never stops growing. I have also learnt the art of keeping up with new tools while actually getting work done.

These challenges are exactly why I do what I do, I've learned to work through them, and now I help others avoid them altogether.
