For the Base44 Challenge, I decided to focus on something close to me... my own website. I wanted to make sure it felt fun, fresh and featured automated elements to make potential clients' lives easier and, in turn, mine.
The website features an interactive colour-changing cursor, a 3D project carousel and a personalised questionnaire that tailors the questions I ask to the specific project a client needs help with.
Client enquiries go straight to my inbox and into a private project portal, where I can review the details and keep all the information handy for follow-ups.
On top of that, I set up a project management system where I can create projects, add tasks and keep track of deadlines. It's fully customisable and easy to use.
Less admin, better briefs, and more time to focus on the creative work. 🙌

Yage Collections, a collections platform for small business 💳
This one started with a simple question: how do small businesses actually get paid?
After 30 interviews with owners and finance teams, the answer surprised me. Payments weren’t the problem; everything around them was. People were reconciling bank accounts by hand every week, their customers didn’t trust unbranded payment links, and juggling currencies was eating hours. So instead of building another payment tool, I designed a hub around the moment money comes in: one dashboard for every account, every branded payment link and every currency, a QR link a customer can pay in four steps, and nothing more than two clicks deep.
Every flow was designed twice, giving 160 screens across desktop and mobile. I then took it all the way into code and built the front end myself, which taught me more about my own design decisions than any handoff ever has.

OTO (音) | A Fictional Audio Archive ✨
What if headphones had been invented in Edo-period Japan? 🎧
I created OTO for the Recraft × Contra Archive Style Challenge, inspired by my love for traditional Japanese ukiyo-e illustrations.
I used historical Japanese prints to create my own custom Recraft Style, then imagined a series of vintage advertisements for headphones that never existed in that period.
I had a lot of fun bringing these imaginary scenes to life, from curious crowds discovering a new invention to people enjoying music in their own little worlds. I also experimented with subtle animations to make some of the illustrations feel like living woodblock prints.
To complete the experience, I created the music using Suno, drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese melodies to complement the atmosphere of the project.
