Introducing Talon Forge — AI automation and practical digital systems.
I’m Jason Peters, founder and technical lead. Talon Forge is both our micro-agency and the ongoing internal platform where we develop and review our workflows. It shows how we approach a build: clear outcomes, focused sprints, specialist work, testing, quality review, and human approval for sensitive actions.
What we can help build:
• AI-assisted workflows and business automation
• API integrations, Python tools, and backend systems
• Business websites and hosted storefronts
• Dashboards, data processing, and reporting
• Technical QA, troubleshooting, and documentation
My background includes 19+ years in Bell Canada network service and service as a Canadian Armed Forces LCIS technician. That experience shapes our emphasis on reliability, disciplined troubleshooting, and clear handover.
We welcome conversations with businesses, agencies, and public-sector or healthcare teams. Sensitive systems and health-record workflows require client-approved access, appropriate screening, and agreed privacy controls.

Have a process to automate, systems to connect, or a digital product to build? Message me on Contra with the goal, current tools, and biggest bottleneck. We’ll agree the scope, milestones, pricing, and delivery criteria before work begins.
What if every new lead could be handled before you even open your inbox? ⚡
This AI-powered workflow turns a new email inquiry into a structured, ready-to-handle lead — automatically.
A new inquiry arrives → AI extracts the important details → Airtable/CRM is updated → the response goes through optional human approval → a personalized email is sent → Notion is updated → the team gets notified in Slack → performance data is collected for reporting.
The goal isn't to remove people from the process. It's to remove the repetitive work around them.
This type of workflow can be customized for B2B companies, SaaS businesses, agencies, real estate, e-commerce, recruitment, consulting, customer support, healthcare, finance, education, and other service businesses.
Already know what you want to automate? → Send me your current workflow and I’ll map out how we can automate it.
Still doing repetitive work manually? → Tell me the task that consumes your team’s time, and I’ll help identify what can be automated.
I'd use the human approval step to capture corrections, not just a yes/no decision. If a reviewer changes the extracted lead details, does the workflow update Airtable and the reporting record before sending the email?

The dashboard UI comes apart into layers to show each feature: live metrics, self-building reports and AI that drafts for you. It was built in Remotion and finished in After Effects.
Building the scenes in Remotion and hand-keying the light sweeps in After Effects is an interesting split. When a client asks for a late copy or colour change, which side ends up costing you more time?
