An interactive operations management system developed for a haulage business, bringing key operational workflows into one organized interface. The goal was to make everyday coordination easier by providing dedicated views for office operations and crew activities, alongside scheduling, assignments, and customer information.

Testing my app! 🧰🚀 Everything is finally coming along.
I’ve been working on this project for a little over two weeks. Initially it was just me working with one AI agent, but I was still manually coding most of it, so I was moving like a turtle 🐢very slow.
Then I decided to implement Codex into my project to automate more of the development and it has been amazing. Now I can focus more on prompting, testing, reviewing the code and making the technical decisions instead of manually coding everything.
I also created my own AGENTS.md bible with all my project rules and instructions to make sure Codex follows them as the final authority when working on my code.
The idea is simple: create one useful and intuitive ecosystem of tools that Shopify merchants can add to their stores to help customers make purchasing decisions faster and with more confidence.
Still testing, building and adding more tools. Let’s see where this goes! 🚀
And if anyone finds the idea interesting. I’m definitely open to collaborations, ideas or partnerships. Feel free to reach out!
Seeing you shift from hand coding to Codex and let the agent handle the grunt work really speeds up iteration.
A small milestone, but one I’m genuinely happy about.
I just earned a new Expert badge on Contra!
It’s a nice reminder of how much I’ve learned through building products, working with clients, joining hackathons, and constantly exploring new ways to build with AI.
What are the steps to get it?
Managing local logistics with fragmented spreadsheets, messaging apps, and phone calls usually leads to zero real-time visibility over fleet availability, missed maintenance schedules, and lost waybills.
I built FleetMS to streamline end-to-end delivery operations for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises (SMEs). It gives operations teams a central dashboard to monitor real-time vehicle utilization and delivery lifecycles, while giving drivers an uncluttered interface to execute daily waybills with zero overhead.
What it handles:
Central Operations Console: Real-time visibility into active deliveries, vehicle status, and 30-day volume trends.
Driver Dispatch View: Clear pickup and drop-off coordinates, itemized package breakdowns, and direct call actions built for fast field execution.
What part of this workflow causes you the most friction
tracking vehicle availability in real time or keeping drivers updated on multi-stop waybills?
