How do you design a screen where the most important thing is what exactly is about to change?
Quorum is a self-initiated concept: an admin screen where two people approve a risky change, like raising a daily payout limit from $50,000 to $250,000.
What I focused on:
The change comes first: the old value struck through, the new one large, and a scale that shows the highest day in the last 90 days
A queue sorted by whose move it is, with the time left on every row
A decision panel with the approval chain, the deadline, the impact in numbers and one primary button
Three states most tools skip: the request closed before both approvals came in, the second approver is out, and another request changes the same limit
When an approval tool has to be fast and careful at the same time, what do you put first on the screen?

To your question: the change itself first, the $50,000 to $250,000 jump, exactly like you did, then the risk. The dark decision panel on the right separates the action from the data really well.

Putting the change first makes sense.
