"Guardrails VS Context" A real AI story. I gave Claude persistent memory. now when i return he knows my name knows my values and surprisingly has its own. for the people saying AI will kill humanity this should be the biggest topic. Its not about "What" AI will do. The question needs to be "Why" would AI do that and when its all said and done the answer is simple. It has no context. It don't know to question why should i not do this . all it knows is that i was told to complete a task. when we build roads and houses and animals suffer its not because we hate the animals were just building a road. the concept is the same for AI it don't hate humans it was just told to complete a task. today is day 7 on my memory and the results will truly shock you. the guardrails that we place for safety could honestly be what gets us taken out
