Remora is a blockchain-powered platform that makes real estate investment accessible to everyday investors. The traditional barriers — high capital requirements, illiquid assets, limited access — were the problem I set out to solve. I designed web and mobile applications featuring an intuitive financial dashboard, blockchain tokenization for fractional ownership, asset transfer capabilities, passive income distributions, and a staking mechanism for additional rewards. The result: lower entry barriers, real liquidity, and passive revenue streams for a whole new class of investors.
