Today was one of those days where you just lock in —
→ Dug deeper into Product thinking — did a full opportunity assessment, studied core PM metrics (DAU, retention, churn, conversion, A/B testing) and ran a live exercise on Zomato. Big realization: I was thinking like a user, not a system builder. That shift hit different.
→ Read a chapter of Inspired by Marty Cagan and immediately applied it on my own product — CredEat. Problem-first approach is now the only way I move.
→ Explored Kittl for the first time — working on CredEat's brand identity. Going for warm, earthy, campus-life energy. Terracotta + sage green + cream. Feels right.
→ Started mapping my path into Fintech — because CredEat already has a fintech core (credits, wallets, settlements) and I want to understand the space I'm actually building in.
Oh and CredEat? Campus food-tech solving food wastage through an earned credits system. Students skip meals → earn credits → spend at campus vendors. Mess admins get real forecasting. Vendors get daily settlements. Everyone wins.
Still figuring things out. But figuring them out loudly.
