MVPs should be 'Technically' vibecoded. Emphasis on the š§š²š°šµš»š¶š°š®š¹š¹š.
(Here is why that is:)
That word matters. It doesn't mean anyone can do it.
It means a technical person should do it, someone with the expertise.
There's a massive difference between
ā¢ a developer who vibecodes with purpose and
ā¢ a non-technical founder who just prompts and prays
š š®š±šš¶šš² š³š¼šš»š±š²šæš š¼š» ššµš¶š š®š¹š¹ ššµš² šš¶šŗš². šš²šæš²'š ššµš² š°š®šš² š³š¼šæ šš²š°šµš»š¶š°š®š¹ šš¶šÆš²š°š¼š±š¶š»š“:
1. You know what to build and what to skip, no wasted prompts on features.
2. When it breaks, you fix it. You're not stuck waiting on someone else.
3. You make better architectural decisions early. (saves credits like crazzy)

MOBILE APP REDESIGN IS NOT ALWAYS THE FIRST FIX.
A founder may think:
āWe need a better interface.ā
But the real problem may be deeper.
Users do not activate.
Users do not understand the value.
Users do not trust the paywall.
Users do not return after day 1.
Trial users do not become paid users.
That is not always a visual design problem.
Sometimes it is a product system problem.
Because in mobile apps, the app is often the business.
Product.
Sales flow.
Subscription engine.
Retention loop.
Customer experience.
All in one place.
This is why I do not treat Mobile App Redesign as āmake the app look more modern.ā
A beautiful app can still fail.
If the first session does not communicate value, a prettier home screen will not fix it.
If onboarding does not lead to the first meaningful action, a shorter onboarding will not fix it.
If the paywall appears before trust is created, a better-looking paywall will not fix it.
If trial users do not convert, a longer trial will not automatically fix it.
If users leave after day 1, another feature will not save it.
Real Mobile App UX/UI Design connects:

monetization
behavioral psychology
unit economics
Before spending more on redesign, development, marketing, onboarding changes, paywall experiments, trial extensions, or gamification - diagnose the product system first.
A redesign can make the app look better.
A diagnosis shows what actually needs to change.
If your mobile app looks good but users still do not activate, convert, or return - the next step may not be another redesign.
It may be a product diagnosis.
