Excited to share one of my recent Power BI projects — an E-Commerce Sales Dashboard 📊
The goal of this project was to transform raw sales data into an interactive dashboard that makes it easier to understand sales performance, profitability, customers, and business trends.

• Total Quantity: 5K
• Total Profit: 37K
• Average Order Value: 116.98K
🔹 Dashboard Insights
• 📈 Profit trends by date
• 🛍️ Sales & profit by sub-category
• 🌎 Sales performance across states
• 👤 Customer-wise sales analysis
• 💳 Quantity by payment mode
• 📦 Quantity by product category
• 📅 Quarterly performance analysis
This project helped me strengthen my skills in Power BI, data visualization, dashboard design, data analysis, and presenting business insights through interactive reports.

Before I build a Power BI or Excel report, I usually check three things first:
• inconsistent categories and naming
• manual steps that can be automated
• KPIs being calculated differently across reports
