CineRent & Studio is a high-end web application built for creative professionals to seamlessly rent photography/videography gear and book production studio spaces. The app completely eliminates manual back-and-forth coordinator communication through smart automation and interactive scheduling.

Key Features & Functional Architecture:

Smart AI Shooting Assistant: Allows users to type their project type (e.g., "music video"), dynamically recommending and bundling a tailored set of gear and a matching studio room in one click.

Dynamic Rental Catalog & Pricing: Features live date-range selectors with automatic long-hire discounts applied directly in the cart interface.

Hourly Studio Slot Booking: High-fidelity scheduling layout that handles visual time-slot allocation for studio spaces with live calendar states.

Unified Checkout & Operations Summary: Advanced checkout system calculating real-time subtotals, VAT, and generation of a detailed reservation summary.

Customer Operations Dashboard: Displays live stats of active gear rentals, upcoming studio blocks, total spend metrics, and automated booking lifecycle statuses (e.g., Confirmed, Out with you).

Here is a quick breakdown of my recent homepage redesign for Contra, focused on optimizing screen real estate and reducing visual noise:

Decluttered Visual Hierarchy: Removed the oversized right-hand challenge panel and countdown banners to allow user posts to occupy primary screen real estate.

Streamlined Navigation: Relocated and grouped secondary menu items down to the left sidebar, creating a unified workspace layout.

Eliminated Redundancies: Resolved overlapping UI elements—such as duplicate chat buttons—to create a cleaner, more intuitive user journey.
