Raymond Lee Jewelers | Shopify E-commerce Website Development & SEO Growth
Project Overview
I worked on the Raymond Lee Jewelers e-commerce website, helping build and optimize its online presence in the luxury jewelry market. The goal was to create a professional, user-friendly shopping experience that showcased the brand's jewelry collections, strengthened its digital visibility, and helped turn website visitors into qualified leads and potential customers.
Beyond the website itself, I focused on building a strong foundation for long-term organic growth through strategic content planning, SEO optimization, and a customer-focused website experience.
What I Managed
1. Shopify Website Development & Store Setup
I worked on developing the e-commerce website on Shopify, focusing on creating a polished digital storefront that reflected the brand's luxury positioning. This involved organizing the website structure, improving product presentation, and ensuring visitors could navigate the store and explore its offerings with ease.
2. SEO Strategy & Website Optimization
I focused on improving the website's search visibility by aligning its content and structure with relevant search intent. My SEO work included keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, content organization, and opportunities to strengthen the website's organic discoverability.
3. Content Marketing & Strategic Planning
I managed content planning with a focus on creating useful, relevant content around jewelry, diamonds, buying considerations, and related customer questions. The objective was to attract people actively researching jewelry products, build trust with potential buyers, and support the customer journey from discovery to inquiry.
4. Product & Category Content Optimization
I focused on making website content more informative and search-friendly while maintaining the brand's premium tone. This meant prioritizing clarity, relevant keywords, product discoverability, and content that helped customers make more informed purchasing decisions.
5. Conversion-Focused Website Experience
Traffic alone does not grow an e-commerce business. I also considered how visitors interact with the website, how easily they can find relevant products, and how the overall experience can encourage inquiries and purchase consideration.
Challenges & My Approach
One of the key challenges in luxury jewelry e-commerce is standing out in a competitive market where customers research products carefully before making high-value purchases.
My approach combined website development, SEO, and content strategy rather than treating them as separate activities. I focused on creating a strong website foundation, aligning content with search intent, improving product and category discoverability, and supporting the journey from organic search to customer inquiry.
Results & Business Impact
Within the first few months, the website began attracting increased traffic and generating incoming leads, demonstrating encouraging momentum for its online growth.
The project reflects my approach to e-commerce growth: building more than a visually appealing storefront by combining Shopify, SEO, content marketing, and conversion-focused thinking to support measurable business outcomes.

The goal: Build a stronger online presence for Raymond Lee Jewelers and create a foundation for sustainable organic traffic, customer inquiries, and e-commerce growth.
For a Shopify product page I would start product first and let the story support it. Shoppers need the options and the buy step in reach before anything else.
What happens when one website has to talk to two different people?
A client of ours teaches two audiences at once: expecting mothers who want a calm pregnancy, and women who want to become doulas. One brand, one site, two very different reasons to visit.
The usual fix is a hero that speaks to "everyone" and lands with no one. We designed it as a fork in the road instead:
1. Two doors in the hero. "I'm pregnant" and "I'm training to be a doula", side by side, equal weight. The visitor picks a path in one click, and the headline above them stays about the shared value.
2. One voice, two tones. The mothers' path is softer: fewer words, more room, gentle photos. The doula path is more structured: modules, certification, dates. Same fonts, same colors, different rhythm.
One proof section, split in two. Testimonials from mothers on the left, from doulas on the right. Each visitor sees people like them before the price.
Writing for everyone is writing for no one. Give each reader a door.
Have you ever designed a page for two audiences at once? How did you split it?
The contact page is usually the last page anyone designs.
We made it one of the best
Recent client work: a contact section UI design for a company with offices across cities. Globe in the back, every location up front, and small interactions that make the whole web design feel alive.
