Quick question about the Replit credits for this challenge: are participants supposed to receive an email or special code with additional credits, or is the standard free daily allowance all that is provided?
I’m asking because the free credits seem to run out very quickly when trying to build something that actually meets the challenge requirements — rich and interactive, multiple screens, real integrations, polished design, sample data, and genuine real-world functionality.
If there are no additional challenge credits, is the expectation that participants either pay for extra Replit usage or significantly reduce the scope of their submission? At the moment, the free allowance does not seem sufficient for building the kind of fully functioning app described in the brief.

Hey @invideoio and @contra, stop using small creators to farm free marketing data while running what looks like a total engagement scam.
Your #invideocontrachallenge promises an $11K prize pool and explicit access to a Max plan upgrade. I did my part. I submitted my workspace ID days ago. Contra even went ahead and featured my post publicly on the platform to boost their own metrics.
But behind the scenes? Total fraud.
You locked me out of the AI editing tools. You ghosted every single support ticket. And when the October 12 deadline is hours away, your garbage AI chatbot "Eva" sends me multiple automated emails telling me to go to the subscription page and PAY out of pocket for the tools you explicitly promised for free.
Are you seriously using a community challenge to bait-and-switch new users into forced paid upgrades?
This is disgraceful behavior. You are deliberately freezing out starter profiles and technical talent because you only care about corporate optics and ultra-well-known creators with big follower counts. Talent isn't measured by a follower count 🪵✨.
I am not filling out another useless form. I am not talking to another broken AI bot. A HUMAN community manager needs to wake up, check your support inbox, and manually unlock my Workspace ID right now. Stop hiding and fix my account.
Thank you for the info. I was just starting and now I will reconsider.
Headline: Dead silence from support while the Oct 12 deadline ticks away
How are creators supposed to enter the #invideocontrachallenge if we aren't being given the tools promised in the guidelines?
I applied for the Max plan upgrade days ago, submitted my workspace ID, and filled out the support forms. Zero response. Total ghosting.
You are dangling an $11K prize pool to get people to join the platform, but leaving participants locked out of the AI editing features needed to actually complete the brief. Time is running out before October 12.
Please unlock my workspace ID so I can actually do the work:
