For my entry into the Contra "Give It a Glow Challenge", I reimagined the digital experience for a local gadget retailer, "One Touch Store".
The store already had an existing website, but it fell short in both usability and functionality. Customers were often expected to know exactly what they wanted before making a purchase, as the platform provided very little product information or guidance. This created unnecessary friction, reduced buyer confidence, and limited the overall shopping experience.
Using Base44, I completely redesigned the platform, from the customer-facing storefront to the administrative dashboard. Beyond a modern visual refresh, I introduced meaningful improvements to usability, shopping workflows, inventory management, and business operations, transforming the website into a scalable, feature-rich e-commerce experience.
Building the entire platform with Base44 was remarkably intuitive. Its conversational development workflow made it possible to rapidly design, iterate, and implement complex features, allowing me to focus on creating a polished user experience instead of the technical overhead.
The result is a complete transformation that highlights how thoughtful design, paired with the right development tools, can turn an underperforming website into a modern, efficient, and engaging digital storefront.

For the #GiveItAGlow challenge, I built a complete corporate event planning website in Base44 for. A real local business that helps companies plan AGMs, company retreats, team building events, executive meetings, award ceremonies, and employee appreciation events.
The goal was not just to redesign the website visually, but to create a useful digital system that helps the business attract, qualify, and manage corporate event inquiries.
The new website includes a premium, mobile-responsive homepage, detailed service pages, case studies, a blog section, an FAQ experience, and a clear event planning flow for potential clients.
I also added business automations to make the site more useful:
Visitors can submit their event details through an event brief builder. The system then captures the lead, organizes the inquiry, calculates planning complexity, and creates a structured event brief for the business owner.
The site also includes an AI FAQ chatbot that answers questions about services, event types, timelines, venue support, catering, AV, pricing process, and next steps. It helps guide visitors toward the right service and encourages them to submit an event brief.
For the business owner, I added an admin dashboard to view new inquiries, check event details, update lead status, review generated briefs, and manage follow-ups.
This makes the website more than a landing page. It becomes a working lead capture and event inquiry management system for the business.

I built the digital experience for The Grand Pavilion — Wedding & Event Venue using Base44.
Before: couples had to ask the same questions manually — availability, packages, pricing, capacity, booking steps, and event details.
After: I created a live wedding venue experience with a cinematic website, guided enquiry flow, venue package discovery, booking management, and automation to help the business capture qualified leads faster.
The goal was not just to make the venue look better.
It was to make the whole booking journey feel easier, clearer, and more premium — for both couples and the venue team.
