I rebuilt my developer portfolio to attract better clients… not just show projects. I’ve been working on improving my portfolio with one goal:

Make it clear for business owners what I can actually solve — not just what I’ve built.

So I focused on:

Clear service positioning (not just “I do everything”)

Showing real use-cases (dashboards, SaaS, business websites)

Simple user flow (so clients don’t get confused)

Still, I know there’s always room to improve.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback — especially from founders, agencies, or anyone who hires developers.

I just designed a full UI without touching Figma once. No templates. No dragging components around for 2 hours. Let's avoid the "let me just tweak this padding real quick" loop.
