The problem: Docs go stale. Not because people don't care, but because there's no system to catch it. Nobody knows which ones are outdated, what changed, or who's supposed to fix it. So nothing gets updated until something breaks because someone followed the wrong process. 🤨
The solution: Knowledge Hub Auditor runs inside Notion on a weekly and monthly schedule, scanning your Knowledge Hub and cross-referencing it against your meeting notes, comments, and ownership data or maybe Slack and other comms tools (you can add on this). It flags exactly which docs need attention and why - not just "this is old" but the specific reason it's probably wrong right now.
What makes it different: It never edits your docs automatically. That's intentional. AI updating your processes without review means you have docs nobody trusts. The agent does the scanning. You do the updating. 😍
