YUM PUM — Modern Food Delivery & Multi-Cuisine E-Commerce Platform
Designed and built a high-performance, full-stack online ordering web platform for YUM PUM, a prominent restaurant based in Lahore, Pakistan. The platform features an intuitive, mobile-first ordering system engineered to handle a diverse menu spanning traditional charcoal BBQ, local Nashta, fast food, and daily combo deals. Built with an emphasis on seamless user experience, the website incorporates real-time cart state management, automated deal/discount calculations, local branch selection, and direct WhatsApp/UAN order routing. Optimized for fast page speeds, smooth UI animations, and high conversion, the project delivers a frictionless visual menu experience operating across nearly 22-hour daily service windows.

Heron runs inside Revit, Rhino, ArchiCAD and SketchUp, so the site had to read as an instrument rather than a brochure from the first frame.
The preloader replaces the progress bar with a drawing in progress. A red datum line moves up an architectural elevation carrying the percentage value, and the building is drawn in line by line as loading completes. Supporting information sits in the margins in the same register: live cursor coordinates, a project spec card covering type, founding year, focus and location, and a numbered system boot sequence.
Functionally it covers asset loading for the interactive hero, so the drag-to-reveal behaviour responds immediately once the page lands. Editorially it sets the frame before a single line of marketing copy appears.

Which AKARI Design Looks Better? 🍣
I’ve been working on AKARI (あかり) — a Japanese food restaurant website that I’m building both as a real-shop-ready concept and as a showcase of my web design & development work.
I’ve made two different versions of the design, and I want the Contra community to decide which direction looks better.

I’d lean toward Design A—the bolder structure gives the restaurant a clearer point of view, while the centered dish still keeps the page inviting. The restrained palette and generous whitespace make the food do the talking.
