One thing I always appreciate about the best agency partners I've worked with is how they handle client questions before they reach me. When a client has a concern or wants something changed, it doesn't just get forwarded to me raw. By the time I see it, the context is already there. The decision has been made. The action item is clear. I'm not guessing what the client meant. I'm not trying to figure out whose opinion to prioritize. I just build. It sounds like a small thing. But it completely changes how a project feels on my end. The work moves faster, the communication stays clean, and I never feel like I'm stuck in the middle of a conversation I wasn't part of.

That pre-filtering step is underrated. Do you have a system for it, like a shared doc where the client-facing person logs decisions, or is it more informal check-ins before things get passed to you?
