Hello, I’m new to Contra and currently stuck at the identity verification step. I haven’t even had the opportunity to submit my company documents yet, because the automated Persona verification can’t seem to handle my situation. I’m physically based in Serbia, I hold dual citizenship, and my U.S based company was formed using my Hungarian passport. Unfortunately, the system doesn’t recognize that people can legally operate internationally, form companies abroad, and work globally regardless of their current physical location. It’s been over a week now, and I’m still waiting for someone from Contra to manually review and resolve this so I can move forward on the platform. If anyone from the Contra team or community has experienced something similar or can help point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.
