I designed and operate an AI-assisted conversion system for a live aesthetics clinic. It connects Meta lead intake, WhatsApp, Chatwoot, automated qualification, slot offers, EasyAppointments booking, follow-up, reactivation and revenue tracking. I mapped and tested the end-to-end customer journey, added safeguards against duplicate actions and repaired conversion failures using production evidence.
