Dr. Amara Osei runs Brightline Dental, a fictional solo practice in Clintonville, Columbus. While she treated patients, booking inquiries, confirmations, reminders, appointment changes, and late cancellations still needed attention. Without a receptionist, every task eventually came back to her. Calls went unanswered, breaks became administrative time, and cancelled visits could leave valuable chair time empty.

I designed an end-to-end experience that keeps appointments moving without Amara’s constant involvement. Patients can compare services and estimated prices, see real availability, book immediately, complete forms, receive reminders, and manage appointment changes without calling the practice. Brightline continues working after the appointment is booked. It sends routine follow-up, updates the schedule, supports patient-led changes, and offers cancelled openings to suitable patients. Amara receives a clear morning brief showing what was handled and what genuinely needs her attention. Routine administration stays automatic, while clinical concerns are safely escalated.
